INSTRUCTIONS

 

IT IS POSSIBLE TO SEARCH FOR THE FOLLOWING ACTS:

  • Notice of Investigation (has the purpose of informing that the vehicle will be charged for a violation of the Highway Code, allowing the payment without the charge of the costs of the procedure and notification) 
  • Report of investigation violation notified by Post or certified e-mail
  • Report notified by hand from the Local Police officer on road to the driver

ONCE THE ACT HAS BEEN FOUND, THE FOLLOWING OPERATIONS CAN BE CARRIED OUT:

  • Display the photographic documentation in the section attachments for the violations of passage with red traffic light detected by mechanized system
  • Make the driver data communication in case of violations that require the reduction of points
  • Paying the required amount with the system PagoPa

HOW TO FILL IN THE DATA FOR THE RESEARCH

Insert:

  • The data in the format dd/mm/yyyy, for example 01/01/2018
  • The number of the report without any reference to the series,  for example if the report number is 999Z, insert 999
  • The plate of the vehicle without spaces, for example XX012XX 

Please Note that if the research comes back with a negative result, the report may not yet be included in the system for the following reasons:

  • The notices of parking are usually registered within 3 days; the payment made within 15 days from the verification gives the right to benefit of the reduction of 30% of the penalty.  If the violation of the prohibition on parking includs the reduction of driving licences points, and the driver data declaration is not made at the same time as the payment, The headquarters will notify the report to the owner or other jointly and severally liable for the costs of the procedure
  • Report notified to the driver on road are usually registered within 3 days; the payment deadlines begin from the moment of the challenge; to not lose the benefit of the reduction of the 30% provided in case of payment within 5 days (calendar) we recommend that you use one of the methods of payment indicated in the report 

It will be the responsibility of the headquarter to insert the acts in the shortest time possible.

 

COMMUNICATION OF DRIVER'S DATA

When the infringement involves a reduction of points and the driver has not been identified, the owner or other jointly and severally obliged (Art. 196 of the Highway Code) of the vehicle is required to make the communication even if the driver is the owner himself (or other jointly and severally obliged). The non-compliance is sanctioned due to Article 126 bis of the Highway Code.

After searching the report, the procedure allows to enter the driver’s data and to transmit them in relation to the displayed report.

The procedure requires:

  • The Print and scan of the declaration that needs to be signed by the driver and the owner of the vehicle (or other jointly and severally liable)
  • Scans of photocopies of the front and back of the driver’s licence on which the holder must write and sign the following declaration: "I, the undersigned/a---- born in --- the --- and resident in --- street --- DECLARE that the photocopy of the following document is in accordance with the original in my possession. SIGNATURE --"
  • The scan of the first page of the report needs to be signed by the driver

After completing this operation, the system automatically generates a receipt that will be sent to the e-mail address provided during registration and that certifies that the data has been transmitted.

The owner, or other jointly or severally liable, must provide the driver’s personal data even if it is absolutely impossible to find the driver’s driving document.

Otherwise, the communication can  be made by the following ways:

-  at the local police headquarters in Via Grandi, 21, from Monday to Saturday from 08:15 to 12:15, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday also from 16:45 to 17:45

- by registered mail to: "Comune di Paderno Dugnano - Via Grandi, 15 – 20037 Paderno Dugnano – Mi –"

- sent only by Certified E-mail to the e-mail address: comune.paderno-dugnano@pec.regione.lombardia.it

The communication of the driver’s data made by the owner (or other jointly and severally liable) after 60 days since the notification of the report, even if taken over by the system, will not be considered valid.
